We’re a great fit for weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, private parties, corporate events, client gatherings, team-building experiences, and brand activations. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a larger event, we tailor the experience to fit your guest count, setting, and occasion.

Our packages start at $18 per person, with a $550 minimum booking. Pricing can vary depending on guest count, service type, customization, and location, so the best way to get accurate pricing is to request a personalized quote.

Once your event is booked, we’ll guide you through selecting two signature scents, your preferred candle vessels, and custom label details. You’ll also have the option to choose up to two candle colors so everything feels cohesive and thoughtfully customized for your event.

Yes. We also offer pre-made and custom candle favors through the BikoBiko Sweet Scents family, which are perfect for weddings, showers, corporate gifting, and special celebrations. This is a great option if you want a personalized candle favor without the interactive setup.

To reserve your date, a non-refundable $250 deposit is required and will be applied toward your total balance. We recommend booking at least three months in advance whenever possible, especially for larger events and busy seasons. Fifty percent of the remaining balance is due two months before your event, and the final balance is due two weeks before the event date.

If you cancel at least 60 days before your event, we’ll refund payments made minus the $250 non-refundable deposit. For bookings made less than 60 days in advance, full payment is due at booking and is non-refundable, since we begin preparing materials and staffing right away.

Yes — Sweet Spot Candle Bar is fully mobile, so we bring the candle bar, supplies, setup, and breakdown directly to your venue. We currently serve Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Diego County, and surrounding areas.
